Here is a message from Bishop Malone on your role as parent: Parents as Pastors
We do offer Family Faith Formation as an option for our Religious Education Classes. Formerly known as Home Study, parents receive a textbook and teach their children when it is convenient for them. This option is not available for 9th and 10th graders as we want them to be part of the community of learners. .
At our parent gathering, these items were discussed to aid in undergoing this formation of faith journey with your child/ren.
All our catechists (religious education Teachers) are required to receive 5 hours of training yearly. We ask you to participate in programs to help with your Lifelong Faith Formation by going to www.Formed.org and setting up an account. On the home page at Enter Parish Access Code Here, Enter 6F72YR.
